As a return visitor to Albert 1Er, we were delighted to find that the high standards throughout the hotel were being maintained. the central location, just a stone's throw from the Old Town and the Promenade des Anglais, made exploring the city a breeze. the breakfast, featuring fresh juices, homemade cakes, and quality local products, was a delightful way to start our days under the Mediterranean sun. Unfortunately, we endured some unpleasant experiences due to issues with our reservation. the staff were not readily available at check-in, the promised parking was unavailable, and there were issues with room readiness and allocation. Despite these challenges, the charm of Nice was not lost on us, and we appreciate the efforts made to rectify the situation. Overall, Albert 1Er is a charming hotel in a fantastic location, overlooking the sea and the Albert 1Er gardens. the amenities such as the express check-in/out, onsite services like dry cleaning, and the attentive staff all contribute to a comfortable stay.
